Auto Windscreens knew they had an outdated website with a booking process that didn’t work well for their customers, insured and private.
Following an initial round of user testing on the current site Dam were able to make a number of recommendations for changes to the current process, as well as restructuring the overall site to improve usability on tablets and mobiles.
The new site needed to be driven by the latest Umbraco platform allowing the marketing department to update the content of the site as well as present a number of new propositions from the company including, the installation of windscreen wipers and a specialised agricultural division.
This platform required complex integration into the internal booking system used by Auto Windscreens call centre.
